Successes over time
Terry has been working with the Managing Director of Halcyon Software; a Peterborough based software product company. Her critical issue was was that they needed to be more effective in winning new business.
Their product family was very varied and complex to configure. This meant that they were tempted to list off features as the basis of their sales approach. She said she wanted a sales approach that could help them win new customers and sharpen up the team’s overall sales ability.

Terry has been working with the Managing Director of Cyres; a Cambridge based software and services company. His critical issue was was that he wanted to bring a new propduct to market and rapidly gain market share.
Their reporting and analysis solution was targetted at NHS Cytology Labs. A pilot had been successful and a major sales push was needed to get this off the ground.
